The main advantages and features of the heater
The main advantage of the geyser heater ARDESTO X1 series with a power of 20 kW is the heating of water immediately before it enters the mixer, without accumulation in the tank. Productivity of the device makes 10 l/min. The main element is the burner. For ARDESTO X1 models, it is made of stainless steel. The ignition of the burner is electronic from batteries (2 pcs. × LR20), they must be purchased separately. The second, no less important element of the gas column is the heat exchanger. ARDESTO water heaters of the X1 series are equipped with heat exchangers made of oxygen-free copper (2 kg) – a metal that has high thermal conductivity, is resistant to corrosion and does not emit harmful substances when heated. The atmospheric column, in accordance with the design, has an open-type combustion chamber, and for the removal of exhaust gas it requires a full-fledged chimney. The energy efficiency of the device belongs to class A.
Control and protection
The water heater is equipped with a multi-level protection system: against overheating (85 °C), in the absence of ignition, against incomplete combustion, in case of flame extinction, due to insufficient draft in the chimney. If a problem occurs, the column turns off.
Geyser control
On the front side of the column there are gas and water regulators, thanks to which you can adjust the water heating to a comfortable temperature. Ease of use is provided by the LCD display, which displays the water temperature at the outlet of the geyser. The WINTER/SUMMER mode creates additional comfort when using the device.
Installation and connection
Installation and connection of the geyser to the gas and water supply systems must be carried out by specialists of specialized enterprises with permission for this type of activity.
Equipment
The ARDESTO X1 series water heater comes with the actual geyser, adapter fitting, mounting screws (2 pcs.), instructions (warranty card on the last page). Batteries are not included in (LR20REB/2BP recommended) – care must be taken to purchase them separately. An indicator will indicate the need to replace the batteries.
