The meat grinder is made in an all-metal steel-colored case with a chromeated control handle. Basic nozzles are made of durable white polycarbonate. Knives, the main lattices and nozzles for a grater and a mandoline are made of strong stainless steel.
The 2200 W engine received protection against overheating, two speed of operation and reverse function. The meat grinder’s performance is 2 kg of meat per minute. Metal grates are designed for different size of minced meat, 5 mm and 8 mm. Basic nozzles are designed to form sausages and kibbeh. The metal tray can be used for the prepared ingredients, and the pusher will speed up the process of making mince. The additional block for grater and mandoline consists of several parts – two nozzles for the grater of different sizes, a nozzle for the mandoline and an additional pusher.
The metal screw block is easily joined and fixed with the main part of the meat grinder. For this a special handle is provided. Reliable fixation on the working surface is provided by rubberized legs and suckers. The power cable’s length can be adjusted by mounting on the bottom panel of the device.
